November 2, 2023, 5:30pm -Meg Olmert Warrior Canine Project

In honor of Veterans Day, join us for an inspiring evening with Meg Daley Olmert, a world-renowned expert on the neurobiology of the human-animal bond. She will speak about the profound therapeutic effects of human-animal relationships. Meg Daley Olmert was also a co-creator of Warrior Canine Connection’s Mission-Based Trauma Recovery Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Additionally, she will be featured in the upcoming documentary, By My Side, which highlights the impact of service dogs on veterans with trauma. Olmert has been a trailblazer in the field, and her two TEDx talks have captivated the hearts and minds of tens of thousands. RSVP online at oxfordcc.org.
